Limited Lifetime Warranty
Dealer Lock Solutions ("DLS") warrants its wheel lock products to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.
Warranty Coverage
DLS wheel locks are covered under the following terms:
Finish Protection
The protective finish on DLS wheel locks is warranted for the life of the product against peeling, flaking, or abnormal rusting when installed and maintained under normal driving conditions.
Product Integrity
All DLS wheel lock components are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to damage or corrosion resulting from:
- Improper installation or over-torquing
- Neglect, misuse, or abuse
- Exposure to harsh chemicals, road salt, or environmental contaminants
- Accidents or attempted forced removal of the wheel lock
- Modification or alteration of the product
Normal cosmetic wear from everyday use is also excluded.
Warranty Claims
If you believe your DLS wheel lock product is defective:
- Provide Proof of Purchase – Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only.
- Return the Product – The suspected defective part must be returned prepaid and securely packaged to the DLS warranty department.
- Inspection – DLS will inspect the returned product to determine warranty eligibility.
- Replacement – If found to be defective under warranty conditions, DLS will replace the product at no charge.
Limitations
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- DLS liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product only.
- DLS is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to wheels, vehicles, or other property.
